Personal Assistant to the Director

Qualifications:

Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in any field.

Requirements :

At least 5-10 years similar experience in a medium size organization.
Dynamic, multi-tasked, flexible, matured and able to work under pressure/tight schedule.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Good work ethics, mature personality,team player and able to work under minimum supervision.
Presentable, loyal and responsible and be proactive at all times.

Computer literate and skilled in MS Office applications.

Core Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible in handling the day-to-day administrative and operational activities including director's personal matters and performing general secretarial functions.
Handling and organize Director's daily routine, schedule appointments, coordinate internal and external meetings and making domestic and international travel and accommodation arrangements.
Maintain, compile and submit all Director's business expenses and claims for reimbursement per the required expense claim guidelines and tracking of these.
Ensure all transactions including payments are properly documented, reviewed, approved to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data.
Adhere to the office Delegation of Authority guidelines with regards all appropriate approvals and documentation and ensure all source information and support documentation received is complete.
Follow the principle of standardization for all areas of work.
Maintain confidentiality at all times for all confidential information that may be entrusted or in your possession.
