Plan, managed and control vessel operations to achieve timely
availability, reliability and safety requirements and work with respective
support groups i.e. HSSE, Purchasing, Manning to ensure smooth operations,
optimize life span of the vessel and minimise vessel downtime.

Effective management of the vessel
operating and maintenance costs versus the approved
budget including periodic review and reporting of
overall vessel operations KPIs and expenses.

Management, execution and monitoring
of approved Preventive Management Schedule, plan
including and execution of corrective actions on all marine
operations findings from siteinspections, other related inspections, audits, NC and
observations. The corrective actionsinclude onboard inspections to ensure all findings and observations are
closed.

Lead/advise the ship management team
in terms of trouble shooting, shipboard management
problems and ability to provide solutions.

Preparation of yearly operational budgets including Dry Docking
budgets.

Assist the purchasing, manning and other departments in the
fulfillment of Vessel materials,
repairs and supplies to ensure uninterrupted vessel
operations.

Provide feedback on design flaws and
recommendation for improvement based on operational
experience to the shipyard and contributes to the upgrading of
the technical specification and performance of the vessel under construction.

Ensure Quality Assurance and Health,
Safety and Environment is not compromised at any time
and compliance to all ISM Guidelines and overall company
policies, procedures and all related
rules and regulations.
