FAMILY DAY 2010

Omni Group of Companies recently had our annual gathering for Family Day 2010. It was held in Awana Kijal, Terengganu from 2nd to 4th July 2010 with total participation of 150 employees and family members.

OMNI FIRE DRILL

Date: 25 June 2010 | Venue: Dataran Palma

Putting safety at the forefront of our daily operations, Omni had organized fire drill exercise for all staff to take charge on any emergency response for fire safety within a building. Objectives of the exercise are to provide employees on:

Using fire fighting equipments in case of emergency
Comprehensive fire emergency response training for staff to competently respond in accordance with the emergency fire and evacuation procedures
assess the ongoing effectiveness of the emergency procedures under different fire scenario conditions

Event was held on 25th June 2010 at Dataran Palma, Ampang

"Back to Nature @ Riverstone Eco Resort" by Persatuan Dyslexia Malaysia

Date: 4 June - 5 June 2010 | Venue: Riverstone Eco Resort, Ulu Yam

As part of our CSR activities, we provide continuous support to Persatuan Dyslexia Malaysia to further assist in sustaining educational excellence for the Dyslexia. Omni participated in "Back to Nature @ Riverstone Eco Resort" event which was held from 4th to 5th June 2010 in Ulu Yam, Selangor.

DELIVERY OF OMNI SOLARIS

This 37m tug was delivered on 3rd June 2010 in Kuching, Sarawak. Omni Solaris is the 9th vessel to join the fleet.

CHINESE NEW YEAR 2010 : OMNI LUNCH

Omni celebrates all festivals in Malaysia at the same time supporting our Prime Minister's concept of One Malaysia. The Chinese New Year lunch was held at Kelab Darul Ehsan.
